Great video. If anyone wants to know how the transmission works, look at howstuffworks. That site in conjunction with this video makes everything much more clear.
Afr126 the tranny is connected to the flywheel witch is on the bak of the crankshaft then the drive shaft goes frm the tranny to the diff witch makes ya wheels turn
when he said 2 valves are for the air and 2 valves are for the gasoline… I kinda got confused because I thought 2 valves are for air and the other 2 valves are for releasing exhaust.
I have to clarify something. There should never be an “explosion” inside your engine, that is what we refer to as detonation, and it blows things up. What happens is, the piston rises, compressing the air that was let in by the intake valve, and The fuel injector sprays fuel into the combustion chamber, then the spark plug ignites it, causing a “flame front”. It’s just a fire, not an explosion, explosions are bad.
I had to clarify because that is one of the biggest misconceptions about engines

You should be a freakin teacher. Very understandable and easy to learn. Thank you
@NadeHere You mean to tell me that Bruce Willis is not at work in my Mustang’s engine? Damn!
I took my engine in my Bugatti apart based on this video. and i threw away the 12 spare pistons to save weight.
Thx for sharing your knowledge!

this guy knows engines like the back of his hand!

Great job man really informative
The guy who created the combustion engine must’ve been taking some really potent LSD….
